Intelligent Lives Film Screening - Documentary Screening - From Award-winning Filmmaker Dan Habib Comes Intelligent Lives, A Catalyst To Transform The Label Of Intellectual Disability From A Life Sentence Of Isolation Into A Life Of Possibility For The Most Systematically Segregated People In America. A Discussion Will Follow The Screening. (All Participants) 7:00 - 9:00 Pm

Course Selection 1: Wellness Track
Session 1 - Aces Part 2 Becoming A Self-healing Community - Participants Consider The Overall Health And Well-being Of Their School Community And Begin To Develop An Action Plan To Intervene And Shift Their School Community Into A Self-healing Community. Educators Are Urged To Think Collectively As Leaders And Advocates On A Larger Scale Than The 4 Walls Of Their School Buildings. The Space Where This Workshop Is Held Should Be Conducive To Having Small Group Conversations And Movement Between Tables. 8:30 - 10:30 Am
Session 2 - Aces Sped - This Workshop Offers Participants The Opportunity To Learn About What Aces Are, How They Impact Education And Can Also Show Up In Student Behaviors That Are Often Misclassified For Special Education. Participants Will Be Led Through A Trauma-informed Iep Process That Is Inclusive And Compassionate. 11:00 - 1:00 Pm
Session 3 - Lgbtq Curriculum Inclusion - Creating An Affirming Society Means Understanding The Lives And Contributions Of All Members Of That Society. This Workshop Will Focus On Including Positive Content From The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender And Queer Communities Across The Curriculum In Order To Develop A Safer And More Inclusive School Culture And Society At Large. 2:00 - 4:00 Pm
Course Selection Ii: Technology Track
Session 1 - Google Forms: Advanced - This Session Will Center On A Variety Of Ways To Provide Material And Collect Data From Your Students, Including Ways To Create Forms For Elementary, Middle, And High School Level Classrooms. 8:30 - 10:30 Am
Session 2 - Google Open Forum - Google Open Forum Is An Opportunity For Participants To Ask And Answer All Their Burning Questions About Using Google Tools In The Classroom. This Session Is Designed So Njea Google Experts Can Walk Participants Through The Steps To Answer Questions As Well As Facilitate Conversations Between Members. Google Open Forum Is A Unique Experience Every Time. It Is Highly Recommended That Participants Bring A Laptop Or Chromebook. Mobile Devices Will Result In A Diminished Experience (Participants Must Come To The Session With Either A Google Account Or Gmail Address Or Both). 11:00 - 1:00 Pm
