The 33rd Annual Hoboken House Tour is scheduled for Sunday, October 20th, and will feature approximately 10 homes and condos, plus special bonus stops, graciously opened to visitors by Museum supporters to help us raise funds for the many events and programs the Hoboken Historical Museum organizes annually. Every year, the tour offers a fresh selection of traditional and contemporary homes and condos furnished in a wide range of styles.
Last year's tour offered an outstanding collection of homes, which features appealed to fans of traditional, mod and eclectic decor, including...

A beautiful single-family 1860s home on upper Bloomfield Street with gorgeous period details and stunning contemporary decor
A cross-street home with carefully restored 1870s-era plaster molding and a unique view corridor down a block full of lush gardens
A designer showpiece on upper Garden Street with the latest smart-home technology and a flood-ready ground floor
A home on midtown Park Avenue worthy of Architectural Digest with an industrial loft feel and clever storage solutions tucked into the most unusual spots!
Several newly finished homes and condos with unique features, such as a 1,000 SF wrap-around terrace, a three-story central atrium, and a rare multi-unit condo in the Hudson Tea Building!

Details: The self-guided tour takes about two to three hours on foot. Houses open at 10 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. (tickets should be picked up by 2 p.m.).  Homes may be visited in any order but we outline the homes in order in an attempt to control the flow of visitors. Once you check in, you will be given a map and tour program/booklet with details of each home (available only on the day of the tour).  The tour is a lot of fun and attracts people from Hoboken, and the surrounding area, even the suburbs!
Advance Tickets: Online ticket sales end Saturday, October 19 at 8 p.m. On the day of the event, your tickets may be picked up at either our uptown location at 1301 Hudson Street, or our downtown location at 213 Bloomfield Street. Ticket Price is $40.
Same Day Tickets:  If not sold out, we will be offering a limited amount of same day tickets available for purchase at either Hoboken Historical Museum at 1301 Hudson Street, or the Hob
