Many people use Word & Excel at home or at work, but many are not utilizing all its benefits. This quick course is designed to help you maximize productivity by learning some essential, intermediate Excel functions. Students will learn how to create basic formulas, tables, group, sort, and filter data, use VLOOKUP, and create pivot tables.
This workshop will review:
Sorting & Filtering Data
Introduction to Formula and Functions
Perform common calculations
Checking for Errors
Managing Multiple Sheet Worksheets
3D References in Formulas
Format Painter and Quick Styles
Using What-If analysis and assumptions in a worksheet
Date Functions and Custom Formats
Naming Cells and Ranges
Creating formulas using criteria IF functions
Using conditional formatting
Function Syntax
Using Goal Seek and Solver
