Our homebuyer education program will help prepare you for the responsibilities of homeownership, and empower buyers on how to make smart decisions throughout the home buying process.
A certificate of completion will be issued after attending your individual counseling session.

Free parking is available in the lot across the street. The Bethune Center is located at the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and Fulton Avenue, just two blocks away from John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Accessible via public transportation by Bus 87 and the Richard Street Light Rail Station, four short blocks away.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Please note this is an adult only class and there is no childcare available.
